Depending on the anticipated length of your ceremony, our Church Facilitator will open the church approximately two hours before your ceremony start time. This will provide time for members of the bridal party to change on site (if needed), final decor touches, and the Sound Tech enough time to run an audio visual check.

1. WRBC operates on a "leave it as you found it" basis. Set up and tear down is responsibility of the user. 2. Food and beverages are not allowed in the building. 3. Church equipment, such as tables and chairs, must be returned to original location. 4. Clean-up is the responsibility of the user. 5. Neither alcohol nor smoking is permitted on WRBC premises. 6. Animals of any kind are not allowed in the building or on the grounds, even if they are trained.

I understand the restrictions and rules pertaining to wedding decorations put forth in the Wedding Decoration Agreement and understand that we will be financially responsible for any damage or harm caused to Wornall Road Baptist Church because of our wedding decor. I understand and agree that the following decorations are not allowed and can result in my event being cancelled without refund: *

- Any item with a real flame or pyrotechnic element are not allowed regardless of precautions taken. Fake candles may be used. - Nails, tape, staples, or glue cannot be used to mount or adhere decor of any kind to any wall, piece of furniture, or fixture at WRBC - Glitter, confetti, birdseed, rice, or similar things are not allowed inside or outside of WRBC. - Silk flower petals are allowed to be scattered during the processional but must be fully cleaned up and removed by the end of the rental period or a cleaning fee will be added to your fee. - Nothing decor can be hung or suspended from the walls or ceiling - Water elements must be limited to under one gallon of total liquid and kept in container(s) with sealed lids until needed (this excludes vases for floral bouquets) - Helium balloons are not allowed - All decor must be loaded in and loaded out during the appointed times.

It is our responsibility to care well for the building God has given us. Because of this we ask that you agree to leave WRBC the way you found it in terms of setup, decor, and cleanliness. If any excessive mess or damage occurs as a result of your use of WRBC, you understand and accept any additional cleaning, repair, or restoration costs that WRBC directly incurs due to your event. *

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wornall Road Baptist Church and its representatives from all damages, judgments, expenses, attorney's fees and compensation arising out of personal injury, death or property damage sustained in whole or in part by any or all persons whatsoever as a result of or arising out of, any act or omission of user/group, its agents or employees, or caused by or resulting from any activity incident to the program being conducted by the user/group. *
